2. 技術(shù)交易雙方于2020年1月1日以后簽訂責(zé)權(quán)利明確的技術(shù)合同，在“江蘇省技術(shù)合同認定登記系統(tǒng)”完成登記（關(guān)聯(lián)交易除外）。

3. 技術(shù)合同執(zhí)行期不少于1年，合同成交額達20萬元及以上。技術(shù)合同簽訂的當年度，技術(shù)吸納方實際支付金額不少于5萬元。
